Should I use a rollator or a walking frame?

A rollator (wheeled walker with brakes and a seat) is best for people who can walk short-medium distances but need support and rest — most arthritis, elderly and MSK conditions. A traditional walking frame (Zimmer) is better for people who need maximum stability and don't need to travel far — usually indoors, after surgery, or with severe balance issues.
